ECC Invest is currently securing other promising real estate projects in Vietnam,  These projects will be initiated and structured by ECC Invest in the foreseeable future. ECC Invest sees a major opportunity for retail in Vietnam and to export the PROMENADA brand and her “More Than Just Shopping Concept”. The Vietnamese retail market is internationally recognized as one of unique opportunities worldwide (see AT Kearny’s rating). ECC is present in Vietnam since 2006 and is perceived the international expert in large-scale retail. 

ECC Invest is already active in a number of countries. Still, we will continue to investigate the global property market in search of opportunities. At present, ECC Invest is primarily active in Poland, Vietnam and Thailand and is scanning for opportunities in other developing markets. ECC Invest will be happy to share its knowledge with our investors, through country reports based on our own research. These reports will be made available on this website in the foreseeable future.

ECC Invest believes in stability and reliability, but also in flexibility. This means we are always open to interesting real estate proposals. These proposals may relate to new property developments, but also to redevelopment projects, especially in retail, in countries that are part of our current scope of interest. ECC Invest welcomes any promising projects in retail & leisure, office space, the residential market and mixed-use real estate. Remunerations by ECC Invest to accredited intermediaries are in compliance with both property value and applicable market standards.
