ECC Invest is always actively scouting for interesting new opportunities, introducing new projects on a regular basis, once these opportunities have been identified and thoroughly researched. In 2008 ECC Invest has introduced 2 residential projects in Poland and has structured this investment opportunity in ECC PRFI B.V. The total investment volume is EURO 65 million. In September 2009 ECC has introduced 2 new investment opportunities in Chiang Mai, Thailand and Ho Chi Ming City, Vietnam. These projects are currently on offer to our clients who can participate and in these projects within the coming months.
