When initiating new property investment funds, ECC Invest will always operate on the basis of thorough research and knowledge of the local market. The investment volume of the ECC Polish Residential Fund I is approximately EUR 65 million. The ECC Vietnam Retail Fund is set at approximately USD 250 million. Presently, ECC Invest concentrates on the property markets in Central South and Eastern Europe, Northern Africa and Southeast Asia. The aim of these funds is to achieve the optimal balance between investor risk and return, through either rental income or sale. The people behind ECC Invest have the competence, knowledge and experience that is the best guarantee for solid results. We believe in our investments, and that is why ECC Invest will always co-invest in its own funds.
