The ECC Polish Residential Fund I (ECCPRFI) was closed to new subscriptions in 2009, with a total fund investment of approximately €2,000,000. ECCPFI has therefore acquired a 15% stake in Riverview Sp.zo.o..
The Pulawska 111 project in Warsaw is being developed in this entity, and construction work officially commenced in October 2010.
The project reachted final completion in July 2011, and the exit process has taken place.
