About ECC Invest
ECC Invest, or ECC Investment Management B.V., is part of the ECC Group. ECC has offices in seven countries, with regional head offices in Central Europe and Southeast Asia. The ECC Group has been operating successfully in the development of real estate in Central and Eastern Europe since 1989, specializing in shops, offices, and residential and mixed-use projects. The Promenada Shopping and Entertainment Centre (120,000 m2) in Warsaw, Poland, which was completed in three phases between 1996 and 2005, remains the ECC flagship. At present, ECC is focusing its activities on Southeast Asia.
Experience
ECC International Real Estate is the embodiment of the experience and expertise amassed by the ECC Group over the course of the Promenada project and other property developments. This subsidiary focuses on the development and management of real estate in new up-and-coming markets. ECC International Real Estate is supported in these activities by local branches in – at present – Poland, Bulgaria, Vietnam and Thailand. With qualified staff in various regional offices and the assistance of external local experts, ECC is able to thoroughly research all of its investment projects, enabling it to achieve the optimum balance between risk and return. ECC believes in its investments - which is why it always acquires a financial stake in its own projects.
