ECC Invest, short for ECC Investment Management B.V., is a member of the ECC Group. ECC has office in 7 countries with regional headquarters in Central Europe and South East Asia. The ECC Group has been an active and successful property developer in Central and Eastern Europe since 1989, especially in retail, offices, the residential market and mixed-use developments. The highlight of the ECC Group so far is the PROMENADA Shopping & Entertainment Centre (120,000 sqm) in the city of Warsaw, Poland, developed in three phases between 1996 and 2005.

The experience and expertise gained by the ECC Group during the PROMENADA project and other real estate developments have been vested in ECC International Real Estate. This subsidiary company focuses on property development and management in new, emerging markets. ECC International Real Estate is supported in this  endeavor by our local branch offices in – at present – Poland, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Vietnam and Thailand.
